When you visit the Toronto Police Services Board website, you do so anonymously; there is no need to tell us who you are. If you direct an inquiry to our office, we will ask you to provide your name and mailing address or e-mail address for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.  Only those who “need to know” will have access to the personal information provided; this is a very limited list.

Users may “opt-in” to receive information from us via email. Users may remove themselves from such services at their discretion.

Logging and Cookies

The Toronto Police Services Board may automatically record some general information from your visit, including your domain information, the date and time of your visit and the webpages you visit. This information does not include personal data and is only used by Toronto Police Service Board staff for general analysis to help make our site more useful for visitors.
