It is the policy of the Toronto Police Services Board that the Chief of Police will establish policies and procedures related to the disclosure by Service members upon becoming involved in situations or investigations where there are actual, apparent or potential conflicts of interest, either personally or through association with family members or upon becoming aware of a conflict of interest involving another Service member.
