Police Board Budget Committee to Hold Hybrid Meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6pm to Consider Budget and Hear Deputations

TORONTO: The Toronto Police Service Board’s Budget Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 6pm.   The meeting will take place in the 2nd floor Auditorium at Police Headquarters at 40 College St, and will proceed as a hybrid meeting.
The Board established the Budget Committee at its meeting of September 11, 2025, with the purpose of reviewing budget requests for the 2026 fiscal year and making recommendations to the Board. The Committee reviews the Toronto Police Service’s capital and operating budgets, the Parking Enforcement Unit’s budget, as well as the Board’s own operating budget as these proposals are developed, prior to Board approval.
The Budget Committee will be receiving deputations from members of the public on behalf of the Board. This enables the Committee to develop informed recommendations for the Board that reflect community priorities, perspectives, and concerns.
