Budget Committee
At its June 24, 2024 Meeting, the Toronto Police Service Board established a Budget Committee for the purpose of reviewing the Toronto Police Service’s 2025 capital, operating, and the Parking Enforcement Unit’s budget requests as well as the Board’s 2025 operating budget request, as they develop, prior to Board approval. The Board designated Chair Ann Morgan, Councillor Shelley Carroll, and Board Member Nick Migliore as members of the Budget Committee.
The Budget Committee will hold three meetings:
- August 27, 2024: 6 PM
- October 2, 2024: 4 PM (Committee Room 1 at City Hall, 100 Queen St W)
- November 27, 2024: 1:30PM (North York Civic Centre, Council Chambers)
The final budget request will be considered by the full Board at its regular meeting on December 12, 2024.
Details on the time and location of meetings will be made public once available. All meetings will also be accessible via WebEx, and will be livestreamed on YouTube on the Toronto Police Service's YouTube Channel.
