DERIVATION |

It is the policy of the Toronto Police Services Board that:
- The Chair will be delegated the authority to approve requests for the use of the Service image, with an annual report submitted to the Board by the Chief of Police listing all requests for the use of the Service's image; and
- The Chair will be delegated the authority to approve requests for the use of the Board image, with an annual report submitted to the Board by the Chair listing all requests for the use of the Board's image.
