It is the policy of the Toronto Police Services Board that:
- The Chief of Police will develop procedures and processes that address the approval process and accountability mechanisms for joint forces operations;
- The Chief of Police will provide information in the annual report on the number of completed joint forces operations that the police service participated in, the cost to the police service and whether they achieved their performance objectives.
