Accommodation Requests

The Toronto Police Services Board is committed to ensuring that its public meetings are inclusive, barrier-free and free from discrimination as required under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

Every accommodation request will be assessed individually, based on the information provided to the Board Office. Requests for accommodation will be dealt with in a timely manner so individuals can fully participate in the meeting, except where the information provided does not support the need for accommodation, or where undue hardship in delivering the accommodation can be demonstrated. If a decision to accommodate is made, any accommodation will be delivered on an individual basis.
